Objective: The main goal of the sales letter was to get the reader to set up a consultation with a representative. The sales letter needed to convince them that Boston Organics is useful enough to invest in.

Tactic: The headline mentions a general idea of keeping the office fresh. Every office manager knows that completing their tasks properly leads to a better environment. It was important that they knew that Boston Organics understands that.
I placed the main benefit, healthy and cost-efficient food, early on to cut to the chase.
The second paragraph talks about consistent deliveries and the origin of the food. This maintains the helpful and transparent tone that reassures the reader.
The third paragraph lets the reader know that they will be able to customize every order. I thought it was important to tell the reader that the service would be right by their side.
